Even though Adam will not be 4 months old until Saturday, he had his 4 month doctor appointment this morning. He was almost 14.5 pounds and 25 inches long! He is now about 50th percentile on both weight and height. The doctor said that he looked perfect! We also talked about starting solids, but the doctor said that it definitely wasn't necessary yet. We might want to start them if Adam is still hungry after his bottles. So, I have bought some brown rice cereal, but we're not sure if we will start Adam on it yet. He seems to be doing okay with only liquids, so we might hold off for a while longer.
Adam got two shots, and he took them like a champ! He was in such a good mood this morning...smiles and giggles like crazy. The nurse said that he was making her job difficult! But, he only turned beet red and cried for a few seconds, but then was back to him normal happy self. Good thing, because I couldn't handle seeing Brad get teary-eyed!
Three more weeks at home with Adam...I'm going to enjoy every moment!
