So, we spent all of this morning and a good bit of this afternoon finishing up the painting. As you can see from the photos, the room is now half "Something Blue" and half "Regale Blue" - fancy! Next weekend, Mom and Dad Black will be visiting, and Mom will be helping to hang the wallpaper border - she's much better at that kind of thing than either of us (thanks Mom!). We've also included a picture of the wallpaper border, which matches all of the bedding.
The furniture should be arriving any day (or week) now, and we're anxious to see it in the painted room. Although it may seem like we are completing these preparations early, the next two months will be very busy with travel and baby classes. So, we're happy to accomplish so much now.
